Swagelok® PTFE Core Hose Convoluted

Swagelok convoluted PTFE core hose is highly flexible for applications where flexibility and chemical compatibility are key.

Request More Information

Convoluted PTFE core hose is low-weight, highly flexible, and provides important chemical compatibility in systems where that is important. The PTFE material complies with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550 USP 88 Class VI, key for many sanitary applications.

The C series PTFE hose has a 300 stainless steel braid, protecting the core from abrasion, and an optional carbon black-filled PTFE core available for applications that require static dissipation.

The N series PTFE nonmetal hose has a carbon black-filled PTFE core for static dissipation, a ceramic wrap that eliminates the need for external insulation in many applications, and an aramid fiber braid to aid pressure containment while maintaining flexibility and reducing weight.
